Routine Property Inspections

The majority of tenants take care of the rented premises and act responsibly.  A small minority can cause headaches for landlords by breaching the terms of the tenancy agreement, behaving poorly or undertaking illegal activity at the property.

Cleaning up after breaches of a ‘no pet’ policy (for example) can also be costly for landlords.

We recommend routine property inspections be carried out by a Property Manager to identify problems before they escalate.  We provide an extensive written report including photos for our Landlord clients every 6 months.

A Property Manager will execute the correct breach notices within the specific time frames to mitigate your risks and loss.
